These terms apply when you back Mummy's Little Girl or claim a reward on slaughterfx.com.au. We've written them in plain English. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Rewards are sold by TBC: business name, ABN TBC. Questions about your order: TBC: email.

What you're paying for

  • Rewards are pre-orders. Most of them can't exist until the film is made, including DVDs, Blu-rays, credits, the Digital Premiere and set experiences.
  • Contributions with no reward go directly to the production of the film. They aren't donations to a charity and aren't tax-deductible.
  • Prices are in Australian dollars. TBC: GST wording

Production and delivery dates

We intend to begin production on the Sunshine Coast in November 2026. Each reward page shows an estimated delivery date. Unless we've specifically confirmed a date, please treat it as an estimate.

Independent films involve a lot of moving parts. Filming dates, cast and crew availability, weather, post-production, manufacturing, freight and premiere plans can all change. We'd rather take the time to deliver the film and your rewards properly than rush them to meet an estimated date. If a date changes significantly, we'll email you.

If the film doesn't go ahead

TBC Suggested wording: if production of Mummy's Little Girl does not proceed, we will refund every reward that hasn't been delivered, in full, within 30 days of announcing that decision.

Cancellations and refunds

  • Before the campaign closes on TBC: date, you can cancel your order for a full refund by emailing us.
  • After the campaign closes, funds are committed to production and rewards, so we can't offer change-of-mind refunds.
  • If we can't supply your reward, or it's delayed well beyond a reasonable time, you're entitled to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law, and we'll honour that.
  • If a physical reward arrives faulty or damaged, contact us and we'll fix it.

Premiere, on-set and experience rewards

  • Filming and the premiere will take place on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. These rewards need significant scheduling, and dates, locations and call times may change.
  • If we need to move a filming or premiere date, we'll offer you at least one alternative date. If you can't make any of them, you can transfer your reward to a friend or swap it for another reward of the same value. If none of those work, we'll refund you. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • Travel, accommodation and meals are not included unless the reward says so.
  • Appearing in the film depends on the needs of the production. Your scene may be cut in the edit unless the reward specifically says otherwise.
  • Minimum age for set experiences: TBC.

Credits

  • Before the credits are locked, we'll email you to confirm exactly how your name should appear.
  • We may decline names that are offensive or that impersonate someone else.
  • Associate Producer, Co-Producer and Producer credits appear on screen. We submit them to IMDb, but IMDb decides what it lists.

Shipping

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout and isn't included in reward prices.
  • International supporters are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged in their country.
  • Once a physical reward has been dispatched, the order can't be cancelled.
