This is the perfect option for filmmakers located interstate or overseas who still want to be part of this incredible masterclass experience.

Important Information for Zoom Attendees:

• Please log in 30 minutes prior to the event for check-in.

• You will be required to present valid photo ID and your ticket (invoice) during check-in, just like in-person attendees.

• Your invoice, sent via email after purchase, serves as your official ticket.

• Your Zoom link will NOT be included in your ticket email. The link and access password will be emailed 24 hours before the event.

• Please be sure to check your junk/spam folders in case the email lands there.

Ticketing & Discount Terms and Conditions

1. Early Bird Discount (Limited Time): Customers may apply the discount code GDRQQXGEARLYBIRD at checkout to receive a 20% discount. This offer is valid until 1st, May 2025 and will not be extended under any circumstances.

2. Sunshine Coast Screen Collective Members: Eligible members may obtain a 20% discount code directly from SCSC Head Office. Proof of membership may be required for validation.

3. Student Discount: Students are eligible for a 30% discount (equivalent to a $75 reduction) by entering the code EZK353DSTUDENT at checkout. A valid student ID must be presented upon check-in. Failure to provide a valid student ID will result in a mandatory $75 surcharge before entry. No exceptions will be made.

Transaction Policy:

• Student Discount tickets cannot be purchased in the same transaction as standard tickets.

• If purchasing multiple ticket types, customers must complete the transaction for standard tickets first before proceeding with a separate transaction for Student Discount tickets.

• Transactions that do not comply with this policy will not be processed.

Ticket Issuance & Entry Requirements:

• Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an invoice via email, which serves as your official ticket.

• Please save or print your invoice and present it upon arrival at the event.

• If you do not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folder first.

• If the email is still not received, contact store@slaughterfx.com.au to request a reissue of your invoice/ticket.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Postage Clause

• No physical tickets will be mailed. Your email invoice is your official ticket.

• At checkout, please select the "LCC Free Postage" option to avoid unnecessary postage charges.

• Slaughter FX accepts no responsibility for incorrect postage selection and will not issue refunds for postage fees paid in error.

Refund Policy:

Partial refunds are available until 31st May 2025 (seven days prior to the event). Refund requests submitted after this date will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Due to the operational costs associated with event planning, Slaughter FX reserves the right to retain 25% of the ticket purchase price to cover non-refundable booking and administrative expenses.
