Rich Wolff is CEO of Breaking Glass Pictures, an independent film distributor based in Philadelphia. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Wolff has acquired and licensed more than 800 films for TVOD, SVOD, AVOD,  and DVD/Blu-ray Disc release. Specializing in diverse and boundary-pushing cinema, Wolff acquires over 40 films annually and works closely with producers, sales agents, directors, and other distribution companies to bring a broad spectrum of genres to market, including action, documentaries, dramas, horror, LGBTQ+, thrillers, and international cinema. Breaking Glass Pictures also aggregates content for select companies from around the world. Recent acquisitions include the concert film A Wu-Tang Experience: Live at Red Rocks Amphitheater, the 1980s Miami crime drama Silent Partners; the animated LGBTQ+ superhero film Maxxie La Wow: Drag Super-Shero; and Diva Futura, a period piece on the pornographic film agency that premiered at the Venice International Film Festival. In addition to acquisitions, Wolff actively produced about 15 films last year, with his latest project, Freak Off, currently in post-production. Wolff is a regular attendee at such key industry events as the Cannes Film Festival, TIFF, Sundance, NATPE and AFM. Before launching Breaking Glass Pictures in 2009, Wolff was a financial founder of the TLA Entertainment Group, which operated theaters, video stores and film-based mail-order catalogs.
