Rob Stanley: The Dark Mind Behind the Monsters
When it comes to nightmare fuel, Rob Stanley is the twisted genius behind the brush. An Australian horror artist and graphic designer, Rob has earned the nickname “The Aussie Giger” from Chris Sun himself—his art is dark, haunting, and dripping with pure evil. But don’t be fooled—he can do warm and fuzzy too… if he has to.
Rob has worked side by side with Chris Sun, designing some of his most terrifying creations—from the giant killer pig in BOAR to the demonic horrors of The Possessed. Now, the duo is back at it again, crafting a never-before-seen creature for Dark Moon—something so original, so disturbing, it will leave audiences sleeping with the lights on.
Rob’s talent speaks for itself. He now works with horror legend James Wan at Atomic Monster and 20th Century Studios. Rob was also trusted by Atomic Monster to design the vampires for the remake of Stephen King’s Salem’s Lot.
