About Willian

Born to parents who did not particularly want a child, Will grew up with a jealousy of the affection-filled lives he saw on television. His first taste of rejection was when his parents finally split when he was 6. Never particularly close to his parents (who both had other things to do), the young Will was bounced between them every few days and learned to retreat into the world of gaming and horror comics to avoid irritating them.

School was always very awkward for Will, as he had learnt from his uncaring parents to be quiet and keep to himself. In high school, his first attempts to "come out of his shell" and make friends were met with ridicule... and soon after, violence. Will seemed to have a knack for attracting the attention of bullies, and on the few rare occasions that he did attempt to fight back (surprising even himself) he was beaten so severely that he would be forced to limp home. His principal and parents both had the same reaction when he finally admitted to them what was happening: "Man up, and stop acting like a cry baby." Shattered by their blasé attitude, and fueled by his growing isolation as well as his dependence on violent books and videogames (as a need to escape his surroundings), Will began to spend the majority of his time daydreaming about bloody revenge; even going so far as to plan murders that he would never go through with.

The only positive thing to enter his mind all through high school was a longing to befriend and perhaps seduce a girl named Susan. He was in awe of her and even a little jealous of the adoration heaped upon her. She was his complete opposite, and about the only person that he would not daydream about hurting in some way... even when her boyfriend proceeded to fracture several bones in Will's ankle. He never told her about that incident, but did attempt to talk to her more than anyone else he knew.

After school, Will considered making his own series of extremely violent comics, and dreamed of perhaps even turning them into a video game later. While working at a local video store, he had soon created five quite good graphic novels... but with no friends to praise his work, the inspiration started to leak away and Will began to hate his own drawings and ideas. He entered a deep depression, and with no Susan around, he had nothing to keep him from his murderous thoughts (he had learnt long ago not to trouble his parents with his bitterness). Even these did nothing to help, as he knew deep down that he would never have the guts to go through with them, and sickened by his own worthlessness and weakness, Will began to contemplate suicide.

Will went to a pub (odd, as he had never been very interested in alcohol, as he had never had friends to go out drinking with) and began to drink heavily, while plotting his own gory suicide. Two men silently approached him and began to taunt him. Thinking he was about to be bullied one more time, Will resolved to fight both men, and preferably die in the attempt. However, they noticed his scribblings and drawings on his napkin, and upon asking what they represented (his own death) they seemed to become intrigued by him. Deeply surprised, Will spilled his life story to these strange men, who introduced themselves as Brett and John.

Two weeks later, he quit his video store job and moved in with them...
